- Your carpet should be dry 12 hours after cleaning. We use speed dryers to facilitate drying. Weather can affect drying time.
- Please leave plastic “tabs” and foam blocks under your furniture for 24 hours after cleaning. If it is physically difficult for you to remove them please call us, we’ll be glad to help.
- Please use caution when walking from a damp carpet to a hard surface floor as you could slip and fall.
- Traffic lane paper can serve as a reminder and will aid in preventing re-soiling while your carpets are damp.
- We recommend using an inside and an outside pair of shoes. Sox or bare feet can contribute to rapid re-soiling. The sweat and oil can transfer to the carpet fiber.
- Keep your carpets clean, longer.
- Vacuum your carpet at least twice a week. Change your vacuum bag when it’s ½ full. Frequent vacuuming can not harm your carpet.

Also, for several days after cleaning you may notice an elevated odor, due to the higher humidity levels. Please call us with any questions.
- Ghost stains … Some deep-set oily and protein spots will be removed during cleaning, but over time will re‑appear. If this happens, just call. We will be happy to stop by and re-clean that area FREE.
- You received a free bottle of unlimited spotter … call us for FREE refills. Please follow the directions on the label for spot removal.
